This is one of the nicest cutting horses I have had the pleasure to show. I stopped showing NCHA when I had to retire my great mare Rolladaker earner of over 50,000. I got the Colonel so I could continue to cut and showed in Western Nebraska Cutters. We won the Reserve on Non Pro the first summer and Reserve Grand in the Open and Non Pro the 2nd yr and we barely showed in enough shows to qualify for high points. He took a high school rodeo at State Finals all the way to the short go. And this was the first time she rode him and he had not need ridden for 3 months! With the Colonel less is more he requires very little warm up one practice and off you go. Beginner or amateur he does his job. My retirement and pending relocating is why he is offered. He will cut for several more years. Has never needed injections has good bone and foot. Just a really nice horse. I will miss him. Herds cattle, trail rides a real honest horse.
